How much is delivery?All deliveries to mainland UK are free.

How will you deliver my order?Prints are sold unframed, rolled in acid-free tissue paper and delivered in a sturdy cardboard postal tube. A4 prints will be delivered in a hard-back envelope. We are using Royal Mail First Class delivery. All art boxes are delivered via DPD deliveries. All UK orders are free.

How long is the delivery time?All prints are delivered via Royal Mail First Class deliveries and will take between 3-4 days. Art boxes and other art pieces will be delivered via DPD Delivery and will take 4-5 days free UK delivery.

Can I pay with paypal?Yes, you can by using our PayPal Express Checkout.

What cards do you accept?We take PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and AMEX.

What is digital print?All our digital artworks are printed on state-of-the-art digital printers using high-quality fade resistant inks. Standard printers are perfectly good for day to day printing but our printing method is a significant step up.The advantages are visible and give the artist a high-quality print of the original artwork. Our screenprints are all hand-pulled using the traditional method from start to finish at The Print Club in Dalston.

What is your return policy?If you are not happy with your purchase please email us at stevenartis@hotmail.co.uk to let us know as soon as possible why you are unhappy with it. You can then simply return it to us within 14 days of delivery in it's original packaging and with proof of purchase (this can be easily done online) Art pieces like our art boxes will be collected via DPD from your address. We are unable to issue any request if you have not emailed our customer support team prior to sending the item back. Returned delivery of the unwanted item must be arranged and paid for by the customer apart from bigger items. Those will be picked up by DPD deliveries. Please do not hesitate to contact us as we are here to help either via email or Live Chat.
